Menu
Spring Rolls, (pork roll and a vegetable roll)
Goat Cheese Salad
Sushi
Baby Lamb Chops
Filet Mignon
Shrimp

and, of course, Wine!


Let's start off by making Spring Rolls.






Then we prepare the goat cheese for the goat cheese salad.


We will be seasoning the baby lamb chops and filet mignon and then cooking with a flambe finale.
